Vision
To be the preferred Fire & Life Safety partner for developers, architects, and contractors across the Kingdom — delivering clarity, confidence, and compliance in every project.
Mission
To deliver compliant, practical fire safety designs that protect people and property, are approved without delay, and can be built as drawn.
Values
Integrity in every review. Accuracy in every calculation. Clear answers, on time.
How we work
Five stages, each closed with an internal review against the code matrix before anything is issued.
- Mobilise Kick-off meeting, information request and a project risk register.
- Fire strategy Code analysis, occupancy classification, occupant loads and the FLS strategy report.
- Design development Coordinated FLS drawings, hydraulic and battery calculations, and specifications.
- Authority submission Civil Defence package, comment log and responses through to approval.
- Construction support Shop drawing review, testing and commissioning, and the as-built package.
Gate reviews
Each stage closes with an internal review against the code matrix before anything is issued.
Interface management
We coordinate with the architectural, structural and MEP teams so the fire design fits the building.
Independent QA/QC
A second engineer checks drawings and calculations before every submission.
Project controls
Good fire engineering still fails if the paperwork is late or lost. These are the controls we run on every project, sized to the job.
Document control
Drawings and reports issued through BIM 360 Docs with full revision history. We also work on Aconex and Procore when the client uses them.
Comment registers
Every comment from the authority or the consultant goes into a register, graded High, Medium or Low, with our response and its status.
Submittals and RFIs
Submittals and RFIs tracked with dates, owners and closure, so nothing sits waiting in an inbox.
Progress reporting
Short weekly or fortnightly reports covering progress against the programme, open items and risks.
BIM clash support
We review federated models for fire protection clashes and help resolve them before drawings are issued.
Scheduling
Programmes and resources planned in Odoo, with milestones tied to each design stage.
